Returns and Refunds

 

 

I can accept returns with a partial refund of the cost in limited situations.  If a package is significantly damaged upon arrival, please do not accept it from the shipping carrier.

Small bumps and dings most likely do not indicate any damage to the artwork, as all pieces are double boxed.  However, use your discretion in accepting packages with any damage.  

 

If upon opening a package, you find any artwork is damaged and you need to return it, then I may be able to refund some or all of the cost of the artwork, excluding fees such as shipping and customs/tariffs.  I can only provide a refund after all merchandise, including damaged items, are received and inspected by me.
